I greet you with utmost respect. Despite the multiple attacks and threats that we have received for communicate with you in Spanish, we will not be intimidated and will continue communicating as always in both, English and Spanish.

I want to make clear that this nation, the United State of America was founded by the people and for the people; this includes both the rich and the poor.

The media only focuses on Democrats and Republicans without considering the Independent, which as a group, represent the 99% of the people, the people who have been manipulated but not represented.

Without regret as to what I will have to leave behind in my personal life, I decided to dedicate my time to be the voice of the people of the United State of America and forge a reorganization that will reestablish the dignity of our nation and international respect, with the final goal of establishing peace treaties and intellectual maturity.

Our nation cannot continue to be manipulated by lobbyists that buy and control the power, it should be controlled by the representatives of the constituents, the representatives who works for and by the people.

The young men and women of our arm forces are our pride and we have to give them the respect they deserve. Part of that respect is that our politicians don’t send them to die in senseless wars, only to augment the wealth of weapon manufacturers and oil companies. President Dwight D. Eisenhower said this many years ago and now it is more relevant than ever.

We currently have Mr. Barack Hussein Obama as our President, who limits himself to promises and justifies his lack of action by stating that others don’t allow him to act. With the respect that he deserves, he is an public employee and if he cannot serve the people for any reason, he should go home and give the opportunity to another person who has the capacity to work for the people of the United State of America and has the sufficient endurance to fight for the people, at any cost, no matter the consequences. Obama only thinks of his own interests within his party and multinationals.

On the other hand we have a Republican Party which has only the Tea Party’s interests in mind, and let’s face it, the interests of those who got rich during the Bush administration, and they want to keep doing this. They are wasting more resources in the primaries than in solving the nation’s problems. It’s embarrassing.

Many who don’t know the truth consider themselves Republicans or Democrats, this is a grave mistake. It’s shameful what these two parties have done with our nation and the rest of the world.

I have faith that the nation’s youth have woken up and together in this election, we will be able to place this nation on a new and better path, on the independent path, a path based on ethical and moral principles, along with allowing government the freedom to govern free of internal conflicts.

I am a person who respects you and I don’t want to promise or meddle with your desires, necessities, and much less with your sufferings.

The American dream has turned into a nightmare. Who can sleep calmly thinking about debts, bills, or all that they have lost after a lifetime of struggles? Who can rest knowing that they have to go to the doctor without medical insurance or money?

How do you tell a little boy that they will have to go without a birthday party or a toy? Or even worse, that they have to eat less to be able to feed everyone?

The American dream is now a constant struggle to stay afloat, and the weakest are the first to go under.

We are submerged in a deep socio-economic crisis. Don’t be fooled, the change won’t come on its own, it all of our responsibility to bring it.

We can’t be cowardly, we can’t sit on our hands and wait for a hero that will never come. Let’s be brave and start today, we are not invisible, they just don’t want to see us. We don’t want to know what artist gets sexier with age or what is the next best diet…

We want to know where we are going, what to hold on to, what is the truth about the state of this country, and what are our options. We have the right to know the truth.

All change comes at a cost and have consequences, but I can assure you that whatever the consequences are, they will be far less damaging than if we continue on the path that we are on now.

I promise to fight in this election and in any election that is necessary to take this country out of the situation that these two political groups, who are unscrupulous and without morals or valor, have put us in.

I’m only one person but I can count on a large group of people, which is every one of you and your friends, and all together we will create a better future for our nation.

Today more than ever, I need your help. You know that in these times, publicity is essential to spread our message and to be able to reach the widespread population, so that the public can hear new ideas and a legitimate alternative.

This means that our campaign needs to be ready to inform the voters about the reality of our nation and the way we can solve the problems that it faces.

Los saludo con profundo respeto para comunicarles que independientemente de los múltiples ataques y amenazas que hemos recibido, al criticarnos por comunicarnos con ustedes en español no  nos amedrentamos y lo seguiremos haciendo como siempre en Ingles y Castellano.

El equipo que me acompaña y yo en primera persona les reitero que seguiremos luchando  para poder representarlos con dignidad, ética y fundamentalmente respetando y teniendo en cuenta  las necesidades y ambiciones de todos los habitantes de nuestra nación sin ningún tipo de distinción de  raza, color y religión.

Pretendo dejar claro que esta nación los Estados Unidos se formo basada en el Pueblo y por el Pueblo y en este grupo están considerados desde el más rico a el más pobre.

En todos los medios de comunicación se habla solo de Republicanos y Demócratas sin considerar  al Independiente  que como grupo representa el 99% del Pueblo el cual a la fecha ha sido manipulado mas no representado.

Sin importar lo que tenga que dejar atrás en mi vida personal  yo decido dedicar mi vida a ser la voz del pueblo de los Estados Unidos y forjar una reorganización  que devuelva la dignidad  nacional y el respeto internación basado en la razón, respeto y cordura teniendo como único fin establecer acuerdos de paz y madures intelectual.

Nuestra nación no puede seguir siendo manipulada por lobistas que compran y controlan el poder debe ser controlada por los representantes del pueblo que trabajen para y  por el pueblo.

Nuestras Fuerzas Armadas son nuestro mayor orgullo y debemos darles el respeto que merecen y parte de ese respeto es que nuestros políticos no los envíen a morir en guerras sin sentido solo para enriquecer a los fabricantes de armas o recolectores de Petróleo. Esto lo dijo en su discurso el Presidente Dwight D. Eisenhower y ahora esta mas presente y actual que nunca.

En este momento tenemos como Presidente al Sr. Barack Hussein Obama que a la fecha se limita a prometer y que todo lo justifica diciendo que no puede hacer nada porque no lo dejan, con el respeto que se merece el es un empleado público si no puede servir al pueblo por cualquier razón debería retirarse a su casa y dejar la oportunidad a otra persona que tenga la capacidad de trabajar por el pueblo de los Estados Unidos y tenga la suficiente endereza de luchar por su pueblo a toda costa sin importar consecuencias, el solo piensa quedar bien con su partido y multinacionales.

Por la otra parte tenemos un Partido Republicano que tiene como único interés el proteger los intereses del Tea Party y porque no decirlo de los que se enriquecieron en el gobierno de Bush  y quieren seguir haciéndolo sin importarle a ninguno de ellos lo que pasa con el pueblo de este país. Están perdiendo más energía en estas primarias que en tratar de solucionar los problemas de este país. Es una vergüenza, una ridiculez y un despropósito financiero inútil.

Muchos que no conocen la verdad se dicen Republicanos y Demócratas, esto es un grave error es vergonzoso lo que estos dos partidos han hecho con nuestro país y el mundo.

Tengo fe en que los jóvenes se han despertado y junto a ellos en esta elección lograremos llevar a esta nación por nuevo y mejor camino, por el camino Independiente, camino basado en principios ético -  morales, además de permitir gobernar en una total libertad sin conflictos internos de partido.

Yo soy solo una persona que los respeta y no quiere prometer ni jugar con sus deseos, necesidades y mucho menos con su sufrimiento.

El sueño Americano se convirtió en una pesadilla, o peor aun en un continuo desvelo, por que digo yo: quien puede dormir tranquilo pensando en las deudas , en las cuentas o simplemente en lo que perdió después del esfuerzo de toda una vida…?

Quien descansa tranquilo sabiendo que tiene que ir al dentista o al doctor sin seguro médico o dinero para afrontarlo?

Como se le dice a un niño que tiene que prescindir de los pequeños lujos de la niñez, (como una fiesta de cumpleaños o su juguete favorito? o peor aun como se le dice a un niño “ tienes que comer menos para que alcance para todos. “

El sueño Americano se transformo en una eterna vigilia de subsistencia en la que los más débiles y aquellos que tienen menos recursos, son los primeros en perecer.

Estamos sumergidos en una crisis socio-económica abismal y vamos cayendo mas y mas profundo. No nos engañemos, el cambio no llega por sí solo, el cambio es responsabilidad de todos.

No seamos cobardes, no debemos sentarnos a lamentarnos y esperar por el héroe que nunca va a llegar a salvarnos.  Seamos valientes y empecemos hoy mismo, no somos invisibles, lo que sucede es que no nos quieren ver. No queremos saber que artista se pone más sexi con la edad o cuáles son las mejores dietas…..

Queremos saber hacia dónde vamos, a qué atenernos, queremos saber la realidad del país y cuáles son nuestras opciones, tenemos derecho a ser informados con la verdad.

Todo cambio cuesta y tiene consecuencias, pero por seguro cualquier secuela o consecuencia  va a ser menor de lo que nos espera si las cosas siguen como hasta hoy como van.

Les prometo que luchare en esta elección y en las que sea necesaria para sacar a nuestro país de  la situación en que nos metido estos dos grupos de personas sin escrúpulos, sin valores, sin moral.

Solamente soy una persona pero cuento con un gran grupo de personas y son cada uno de ustedes y los amigos de ustedes y juntos forjaremos un futuro mejor para cada uno de los habitantes de nuestra nación.

Hoy más que nunca necesito de su colaboración, Ustedes saben que en esta sociedad publicitaria no bastan las buenas palabras y necesitamos de los medios de comunicación para expandir nuestro mensaje, la única forma es con publicidades y entrevistas, para poder llegar masivamente al pueblo y este pueda escuchar nuevas ideas y una verdadera alternativa.

Esto significa que nuestra campaña necesita estar lista para llegar a decirles a los votantes la realidad de nuestra nación y la forma en que podemos solucionar los problemas actuales, siendo un fiscalizador responsable  en un gobierno eficaz.

I am addressing you in order to brief you on how the electoral system is structured in the United States of America and why you constantly see the great expense involved in the advertising for the nomination of candidates for both the Republican and Democratic Party during the primaries which serve to choose between the aspiring candidates one for each political party.

We should mention that the expenditures for this primary election is paid by large corporations which support these pre-candidates in order to obtain favorable commitments and special favors ignoring the needs of 99% of the population, people like you and me, the same people they do not care about or take into account.

On the other hand, we have the independent candidates which do not represent any political party and much less have commitments to large corporations, in reality they are the only candidates who represent the interests of 99% of the people of our nation. Independent candidates need to wait until the primary elections are completed to formally launch our campaign, campaign to be conducted according to our principles and expressing what we plan do for our nation.

It is unfortunate that now our nation has a President whose permanent response is that he was not allowed to do his work. This is an excuse to seek re-election representing the Democratic Party. The Electoral System in the United States of America by Paul Chehade.

To be able to understand the concepts set forth below, the difference between Independent Candidate and Political Party should be clarified.

– Independent Candidate: It is the one that does not depend on others, it works independently, maintaining its own opinions and does not belong to any political party. Paul Chehade is an independent candidate for the upcoming elections for public office of President of the United States of America in November 2012. The Independent Candidate represents the interests of the people in general without regards to race, ethnicity, color or religion.

– Party: A group of people united by common ideals and interests that pursue the goal of achieving control of the government to implement these ideals. It is responsible for presenting different candidates for various political offices. The political party chooses a candidate to the Presidency of a nation which is the case of Republicans and Democrats, these candidates often represent the interests of large corporations which finance these parties with no regard of the needs of most people and only seeking their own interest.

Americans elect every four years a President and a Vice President during the month of November. Every two years, elect 435 members of the House of Representatives and one third of the 100-member Senate. Senators serve a staggered six-year terms.

All elections are held in odd years for some federal governmental offices and most of the positions in the State and Local Governments of the United States. Some states and several local jurisdictions hold elections in even years.

United States is based on a federal system of government in which the government is the central factor, where state and local governments also have authority over all matters not reserved for the federal government.

State and local governments have varying degrees of independence to organize elections in their own jurisdictions, but all the choices they make are frequent, decisive and well managed.

I. – What are primary elections?

Primary elections are held before the general election and it is decided who will be the candidates of a party in the general election.

Primary election or primary is simply a term that comes from the so-called primary election nomination. The voters choose the candidate for President. In some Latin American countries this choice is given the name “internal party.”

In the primary election in the United States are also elected the candidates for representatives to the Congress (the U.S. lower house of parliament), senators, mayors and governors.

The origin of the primary election dates from the early twentieth century. With the development of the progressive movement, a branch of the Republican Party then led by former president Theodore Roosevelt, Republicans and Democrats take the same ideas to choose their candidates. Since the early twentieth century, the primaries have been the chief election to choose party candidates.

With few exceptions, the victory in a primary election means that the candidate shall be nominated by that political party for the general election.

In a few states, the party’s candidates are not chosen in primaries but in local conventions nomination, either by tradition or at the discretion of each political party.

II. – How many types of primaries exist?

A. – Closed: Where only previously registered members can vote in the party.

2. – Semi-closed: In addition to registered voters also the not affiliated with a political party may vote.

3. – Open: Voters registered in a party may vote in the primaries of other parties.

4. – Semi-open: where voters must declare in what primary the prefer to vote.

5. – Global: In this case voters can participate in the primary regardless of political affiliation.

III. – How are primary elections?

The primaries are part of the application process to an elected office in America.

It’s different when it comes to parliamentary duties, compared to the presidential primaries. In the case of the presidential election, voters elect the conventional, who are the ones who choose to run for president. As such, they are the delegates from each state who formally choose a presidential candidate. The candidate with the most delegates wins the nomination.

Moreover, to elect candidates to public office, congressional representatives, senators, governors and mayors, are made direct primaries, where voters in secret and not party leaders are those who choose the candidates.

However, the form differs in the legal framework, the rules of each game and other practices and uses.

Independent candidates do not require primary elections since they register as participating directly in the General Election (which is chosen by vote of the future President)

All candidates will be placed on the ballot, and / or may be cast for them through the system-IN WRIGHT (voters must write the name of their candidate on the line ready for this on the ballot). The candidate with the most votes wins the party nomination for the general election.

IV. – Who can vote in these elections?

Voters over 18 and citizens of the country, vote in the relevant jurisdictions as it is of potential representatives, senators, mayors, governors and all recorded by each party in the case of conventional choices for the presidential nomination.

V. – Should be a U.S. citizen to vote?

Yes, America has been a democracy since 1787 when the country’s constitution was ratified. The process has evolved to ensure universal suffrage to all men and women 18 years of age or older who are citizens of the country.

VI. – What is the difference between the Congress and the Senate?

The House and Senate are legally and politically independent of the will of the president.

Elections to the U.S. Congress can be as competitive and important as the president. The president and lawmakers are elected separately.

The House and Senate have nearly the same power but the media of choice are very different. Cameras are relatively large and frequent elections, every two years.

Each House seat represents a single geographic constituency and each member is elected as the sole representative of that district by plurality rule.

Each of the 50 states is assured of at least one seat in the House, but the seats are allocated to states according to population. Alaska, for example, is very sparsely populated and therefore has only one seat in the House. California is the most populous state and has 53 seats.

The Senate was designed so that its members represent the entire state, so that each state has equal representation, regardless of its population. All states have two senators, elected to serve staggered terms of six years and one third of Senate seats are up for reelection every two years. A senator is chosen by plurality vote of the electorate of his state.

VII. – What is the Tea Party “?

The name refers to the Tea Party movement against colonialism in the late seventeenth century called the “Boston Tea Party”.

The “Tea Party” originated on December 16, 1773, in Boston, Massachusetts, the “Boston Tea Party,” which is defined as the “Tea Party”, when settlers in protest against Britain at that time governed the colonies dumped into the seas cargo of tea.

The event is considered one of the first moves that gave way to the war for American Independence.

The demonstration was in protest of the “Tea Act”, a British law that applied taxes on the import of various products, including tea, intended to benefit the British Company of the West Indies.

Today, in American politics, particularly in the Republican Party, has created the so-called “Tea Party Movement”, which focuses on promoting a liberal economic agenda. The movement was founded in the early months of 2009 in response to a fiscal stimulus package, officially known as “American Recovery And Reinvestment Act of 2009″ driven by the government of President Barack Hussein Obama.

Our electoral system is based on good faith, unfortunately for the public behind the two major political parties are Republican and Democratic economic interests of transnational corporations which are not regulated by any government agency in our nation, which means that any government under the Republican or Democratic administration will be manipulated by lobbyists representing interests alien to our nation.

Distinguidos Señoras y Señores.

Me dirijo a ustedes con la finalidad de informarles como está estructurado el sistema electoral en los Estados Unidos de América y el porqué ustedes continuamente ven el gran gasto que implica la publicidad en la nominación de los candidatos tanto del Partido Republicano y Demócrata durante las  elecciones primarias las cuales sirven para que entre los aspirantes a candidatos se escoja uno de cada partido político.

Debemos  mencionar que el gasto de estas elecciones primarias es pagado por grandes corporaciones  las cuales apoyan a estos pre-candidatos con la finalidad de adquirir  compromisos favorables  dejando de lado las necesidades del 99% de la población que es pueblo el  pueblo en el que ellos no piensan y menos tienen en consideración.

En contra parte tenemos a los candidatos independientes los cuales no representan a ningún partido político y mucho menos tienen compromisos con grandes corporaciones, en si son los únicos candidatos que representan los intereses del 99% del pueblo de nuestra nación.

Los candidatos independientes debemos esperar que se terminen las elecciones primarias para poder iniciar formalmente nuestra campaña, campana que será realizada de acuerdo a nuestros  principios, expresando lo que queremos hacer por nuestra nación.

El Sistema Electoral en Los Estados Unidos de América por Paul Chehade.

Para que se puedan entender los conceptos expresados a continuación debemos aclarar la diferencia entre Candidato Independiente y Partido Político.

– Candidato Independiente: Es aquel que no depende de otro trabajando en forma autónoma, mantiene sus propias opiniones, no pertenece a ningún Partido Político.  Paul  Chehade se presentará como independiente en las próximas elecciones de Noviembre 2012 para el cargo Publico de Presidente de Los Estados Unidos de América. El Candidato Independiente representa los intereses del pueblo en general sin discriminación de raza, etnia, color o religión.

– Partido Político: Es un grupo de personas unidos por ideales e intereses comunes  que persiguen como meta alcanzar el control del gobierno para llevar a la práctica esos ideales.  Es el encargado de presentar distintos candidatos para ocupar  diferentes cargos políticos. El Partido Político escoge un candidato a La Presidencia de una nación como el caso de Republicanos y Demócratas, estos candidatos representan muchas veces los intereses de grandes corporaciones las cuales financian a estos partidos sin  importarles en lo más minino las necesidades del pueblo buscando solo su propio interés.

Los estadounidenses eligen cada cuatro años durante el mes de noviembre a un presidente y a un vicepresidente. Cada dos años, eligen a los 435 miembros de la Cámara de Representantes y a la tercera parte de los 100 miembros del Senado. Los senadores prestan servicio en períodos escalonados de seis años cada uno.

Todos los años impares se realizan elecciones para algunos cargos del Gobierno Federal y para la mayoría de los cargos de los Gobiernos Estatales y Locales de Estados Unidos. Algunos estados y varias jurisdicciones locales convocan a elecciones en años pares.

Estados Unidos se basa en un  sistema federal de gobierno en el cual  el gobierno nacional es el factor central, donde los gobiernos estatales y locales también tienen autoridad sobre todos los asuntos que no han sido reservados para el gobierno federal.

Los gobiernos estatales y locales gozan de diversos grados de independencia para organizar elecciones en sus propias jurisdicciones, pero todas las elecciones que realizan son frecuentes, decisivas y están bien administradas.

I.- ¿Qué son las elecciones primarias?

Las elecciones primarias se celebran antes que la  elección general y en ellas se decide quiénes serán los candidatos de un partido en la elección general.

La elección primaria o simplemente primaria es un término que proviene de la denominada elección primaria de nominación. En ella los votantes eligen al candidato a la presidencia. En algunos países de América Latina a esta elección se le da el nombre de “interna de los partidos”.

En la elección primaria, en Estados Unidos también se eligen a los candidatos a representantes para el Congreso (la Cámara Baja del Parlamento estadounidense), senadores, alcaldes y gobernadores.

El origen de las elecciones primarias se remonta a los inicios del siglo XX. Con el desarrollo del movimiento progresista, una rama del Partido Republicano liderada por el entonces ex presidente, Theodore Rooselvet. Republicanos y Demócratas adoptan las mismas ideas para elegir a sus candidatos.

Desde principios del siglo XX, las elecciones primarias han sido el principal recurso electoral para escoger a los candidatos de los partidos.

Con pocas excepciones, el triunfo en una elección primaria significa que el candidato será nominado por ese partido político para la elección general.

En pocos estados, los candidatos del partido no son elegidos en primarias sino en convenciones locales de nominación, ya sea por tradición o a criterio de cada partido político.

II.- ¿Cuántos tipos de elecciones primarias existen?

1.- Cerradas: Donde sólo los militantes registrados previamente en el Partido pueden votar.

2.- Semicerrada: Además de los registrados, también los votantes no afiliados a un partido político    pueden votar.

3.- Abierta: Los votantes registrados en un partido pueden votar en las primarias de otros partidos.

4.- Semiabierta: Donde los votantes deben declarar en que primaria prefieren votar.

5.- Global: En este caso los votantes pueden participar de las primarias sin importar su afiliación política.

III.- ¿Cómo se realizan las elecciones primarias?

Las primarias son parte del proceso de postulación a un cargo elegible en Estados Unidos.

Es diferente cuando se trata de los cargos parlamentarios, que de las primarias presidenciales. En el caso de la elección presidencial, los electores eligen a los convencionales, que serán quienes elijan al candidato a la presidencia. De tal forma, que son los delegados de cada estado los que eligen formalmente al candidato presidencial. El candidato con más delegados gana la nominación presidencial.

Por otra parte, para elegir a los candidatos a los cargos públicos, como representantes al Congreso, senadores, gobernadores y alcaldes, se realizan primarias directas, donde los electores en forma secreta y no los líderes del partido son quienes eligen a los candidatos.

Sin embargo, la forma difiere en cuanto al marco legal, las reglas de cada partido y otras prácticas y usos.

Los candidatos independientes no requieren de las elecciones primarias ya que al inscribirse como participan directamente en la Elección General (donde se elije mediante el voto al futuro Presidente)

Todos los candidatos serán colocados en las papeletas, y/o se podrá votar por ellos a través del sistema WRIGHT-IN (los votantes deberán escribir el nombre de su candidato en la línea dispuesta para esto en la balota electora-cedula de sufragio)  El candidato con más votos gana la nominación del partido para la elección general.

IV.- ¿Quiénes pueden votar en estas elecciones?

Los votantes mayores de 18 años y ciudadanos del país, votaran  en las jurisdicciones correspondientes cuanto se trata de candidatos a representantes, senadores, alcaldes, gobernadores y todos los registrados por cada partido en el caso de las elecciones de convencionales para la nominación presidencial.

V.- ¿Se debe ser ciudadano de Estados Unidos para votar?

Sí. Estados Unidos ha sido una democracia representativa desde 1787 cuando la Constitución del país fue ratificada. El proceso ha evolucionado para garantizar el sufragio universal a todos los hombres y mujeres de 18 años de edad o más que sean ciudadanos del país.

VI.- ¿Cuál es la diferencia entre el Congreso y el Senado?

La Cámara y el Senado son legal y políticamente independientes de la voluntad del presidente.

Las elecciones para el Congreso de Estados Unidos pueden ser tan competitivas e importantes como las del presidente. El presidente y los legisladores son elegidos por separado.

La Cámara y el Senado tienen casi el mismo poder pero sus medios de elección son muy distintos. La Cámara es relativamente numerosa y con elecciones frecuentes cada dos años.

Cada escaño de la Cámara representa un electorado geográfico único y cada miembro es elegido como único representante de ese distrito según la regla de pluralidad.

Cada uno de los 50 estados tiene asegurado por lo menos un asiento en la Cámara, pero los escaños son asignados a los estados según su población. Alaska, por ejemplo, tiene muy poca población y por lo tanto sólo tiene un asiento en la Cámara. California es el estado más poblado y cuenta con 53 escaños.

El Senado fue diseñado de modo que sus miembros representen a todo el estado, para que cada estado tenga la misma representación, sin importar cuál sea su población. Todos los estados tienen dos senadores, elegidos para servir en períodos escalonados de seis años, y un tercio de las bancas del Senado son objeto de reelección cada dos años. Cada senador es escogido por pluralidad de votos del electorado de su estado.

VII.- ¿Qué es el Tea Party”?

El nombre Tea Party hace referencia al movimiento anti colonialista de finales del siglo XVII llamado el “Boston Tea Party”.

El “Tea Party” se origina el 16 de diciembre de 1773, cuando se produce en Boston, Massachusetts, el “Boston Tea Party”, lo que puede definirse como el “Motín del Té”, cuando los colonos en protesta contra Gran Bretaña que en ese momento gobernaba las colonias, lanzaron al mar todo un cargamento de té.

El acto es considerado como uno de los primeros movimientos que luego diera paso a la guerra por la Independencia de Estados Unidos.

La protesta fue en rechazo del “Tea Act”, una legislación británica que aplicaba impuestos sobre la importación de distintos productos, incluyendo el té, destinados a beneficiar a la Compañía Británica de las Indias Orientales.

En la actualidad, en la política estadounidense, y en particular en el Partido Republicano, se ha creado el denominado “Tea Party Movement”,  enfocado en impulsar una agenda económica liberal. El movimiento nace en los primeros meses del año 2009 como respuesta al paquete de estímulo fiscal, oficialmente conocido como “American Recovery And Reinvestment Act of 2009” o en español, la “Ley de Reinversión y Recuperación de Estados Unidos, impulsada por el gobierno del presidente Barack Hussein Obama.

Lobbying (also Lobby)  sounds illegal to me and others. Corporations DO NOT vote so how is it they hire most of the lobbyist? Just because they have the means and money to hire lobbyist they then have the means to induce politicians to be in their favor for upcoming laws and regulations. When many times these purposed laws and regulations are in direct contradiction to the common good.

The professional politicians in Washington DC are out of touch with America and average American. It’s time WE take back America for American’s. They will not be happy until they send the last American job to China and through CAP & TRADE they also plan to raise your GAS TAXES by 15% to 25% they plan on raising your home & small business electrical bill to 25% and to raise your home & small business heating gas by 25%. Can YOU afford a 50% increase in your home energy bill? Can you afford to pay the extra for gas for your car?

IF NOT, it’s time to TAKE BACK AMERICA. We don’t care if they are a Democrate, Republican, we will support anyone who agrees with our ideals and goals. America for American’s – Everyone Else Can Go Home!

Lobbying (also Lobby)  is suppose to be illegal for foreign governments to hire lobbyist and try to influence our politicians. This law needs to be strengthened with stiffer penalties. Foreign governments have NO business in our domestic affairs period. ANY politician who takes any form of contributions from foreign governments or entities should go to jail for a LONG time and be permanently banned from any politics or holding any government office, wither one that is voted/elected or appointed. Likewise any lobbyist who represents a foreign government or entity should also go to jail for a long, long time.

It is the act of attempting to influence decisions made by officials in the government by individuals, other legislators or government actors, constituents, or advocacy groups.

There is one simple reason why Congress can’t get up the gumption to deal with lobbying. It is self-interested, and lobbyists serve that self-interest.

The only way to deal with corporate lobbying is to outlaw it, and the only way we can do that is if the citizens of each state engage in anti-lobbyist referendums, preventing their local corporations from setting up shop in Washington.

Until then, we get the government we deserve: by the corporations, for the corporations and of the corporations, who rule over us like medieval monarchs.

An Example:
Say an auto parts store had a “lobbyist” who talked or bribed the owner into buying his parts exclusively and promised all kinds of kick backs, bribes gifts of cash and goods etc. The local District Attorneys office would jump all over this. Unfair trade practices, the kick backs, bribes not to mention the cash and gifts to influence the business owner. Unfair competition etc. etc…

Then why is it OK for politicians to accept, cash, gifts, goods etc. from lobbyist?  Everyone seems to think there is nothing wrong with this and everyone seems to think this is business as usual.

I DON’T THINK SO.
Lets start a crusade to end the powerful lobbyist movement in State & Federal government and return control back to the people (who do vote by the way).

If you are a politician and this offends you, I am sorry for you. But in all honesty you have to ask yourself just who do you represent, the people or your special interests who hired the lobbyist to influence you? Unfortunately when you are in this boat (working for special interests/lobbyists), you are NOT working for the people and you DO NOT have their best interest at heart, no matter what you say.

I hope you see this my way and join me. Contact your local state representatives and your federal representatives and send them this message: If you take special interest money we will vote you out or you can join us and help make lobbying illegal as it should be. You can send this as an Email or print it out with your name and address and mail a copy to your representatives. They are always saying how they want to hear from you and to voice your opinion, now’s the time to let it be heard. With hundreds of thousands or millions of dollars changing hands in back room deals this is the only way we can keep everyone honest.

Speech by Paul Chehade address to the nation.Dear fellow citizens, my name is Paul Chehade. I am American, born in Wilmington, Delaware, on October 26, 1965. I do not have a political origin. I’m like you guys, an ordinary citizen who decided to do something for our country, based on my business and social work experience.

Our country has lost its way. Our country is being used by our government as the police of the world. Our country is being used by our government as a market destiny of the rest of the world, specially  China, through unfair and unregulated business transactions.

In recent years, a passive position has been taken by our government with regard to these matters.

As a consequence, unemployment has increased, local salaries have decreased significantly as well as industrial production in the United States.

Our country has lost key positions in the international market, but not due to the incompetence of our industries or our people, but due to the neglect and indifference of our leaders. This is the true cause of our crisis.

Today Americans face a real social problem of unemployment. Immigrants who came here searching for a new life are also a figure in unemployment statistics.

Because of a total lack of control of our government in the near past, we have entered a negative cycle of high prices, lack of jobs, struggling to live, which has led us to discouragement and pessimism about the future.

Our country has big problems: financial and economic problems, public health problems, criminality problems, industrial activity reduction and poor education levels. But all these are material problems. Therefore, they are solvable problems.

We must face these problems with courage, strong goals, and especially with the determination to support the American people and the American families, because a nation is the extension of the family.

I am not better than anyone of you but each one of us must do something concrete to change the current state of affairs.

The current government, on which we put our expectations, constantly changes their speech and asks for more time to fulfill their promises.

Human rights, the civil rights to life, liberty, work, food, education and healthcare are duties and obligations of the government, but they have not been their priority during the last few years.

The only way to move the United States forward to progress is through a new attitude in relation with the world, adding the interest of capitalism and satisfying social necessities, with strong moral, ethical and religious principles, and with the trust in God.

I, Paul Chehade, ask you, common citizens, entrepreneurs, immigrants and all Americans, for your help to work for our truth and our future. If you trust me, you will support me and we will work together.

Our task is hard but the American Dream depends on us, as it did in the past, and we must recover it.

Dear Fellow Americans,

As time goes by we sadly see how our nation travels at an incredible speed to impoverish the life of millions of Americans and debilitating our already weak economy. We’ve reached a point where we can no longer continue on our current direction, I believe we are heading into a crisis that will be far worse than anyone has yet realized. My main concern is how the common citizen will support their families and how small businesses, which are the backbone of our nation, will survive. To stop the enormous debt trend we must reduce the outrageous government spending immediately.

As I mentioned before, we the people must take the reins of our nation and our mistreated economy. We must go back to our founder father’s convictions and elect honest and capable citizens with no alternate personal agendas to run our country. Our country owes $56 trillion in total debt, the majority to foreign investors. An astonishing $3.5 trillion each year is due just on interest, in simple words, it is more than the entire government average spending.

I am sure many of you don’t know that since our government implemented Medicare/Medicaid in 1965, it has created a deficit of $5.6 trillion, an astonishing 40% of our government’s total debt. If you could go back in time and erase these debts, adding the cost of two of the most recent foreign wars (Iraq/Afghanistan), and the incredible losses produced by the financial crisis, we could eliminate more than half our entire debt. This is a big example that shows that we need to reform our Medicare/Medicaid programs and make sure that the money goes were it is supposed to go, eliminating the massive fraud that has been happening in the past years.

Our country spends almost 800% more on its military, 200%-300% more per capita on health care than any other similarly wealthy country. Are we safer? Are we healthier? I honestly don’t think so.

I believe we need to do important amendments to our Constitution, we should have a sound balanced budget, we should erase property taxes, limiting tax rates and other non-sense taxes, and we should increase sales and other luxurious taxes. We should all pay a fixed tax after a personal annual exemption with no deductions that way we could get rid of the IRS, the most hated agency in America. All of this and more will give our future government some leverage to control unfair taxes on our citizens.

Nobody can deny that both mayor parties, that have ruled our country in the last decades, haven’t done what they are supposed to do in pro of our country because of their corrupt agendas and political compromises. Yes, the selfish vision of our politicians and individuals in key positions has created the chaos of today.

We all must understand that the main fault for this entire situation lays in all of us, for not using our good judgment in electing the officials that represented us and managed the destiny of our nation. It is also our duty to correct our mistakes and prevent all these politicians, with hidden personal agendas that betrayed our trust and the trust their positions represent, to continue pushing our country to the abyss.

It is time to do something that can only be resolved at the polls in a democratic way. Our future and the future of the generations to come are in our hands. Let’s work together hand in hand to eradicate or at least mitigate the corruption and deficient management of our elected officials. Let’s in union find new avenues to bring prosperity and dignity to our people.

I know I am not an experienced politician, nor have I ever held any official position. I have no more experience other than what life has taught me all these years. I would like to ask you, what good has brought to our country all these brilliant speakers, well educated and seasoned elected officials other than a big disappointment and disastrous economy? Not to mention all the enemies we gain daily around the world.

Don’t you think it is time to have just normal and decent individuals with no hidden political agendas to run our country? Don’t you think it is time to find persons that really care and love our country over their convenience and that will help us correct the mistakes of the past? Don’t you think it is time to retake our values and recuperate our nation and give preference to our people, to our children, to our freedom? You don’t need to be an exceptional thinker to realize that the only way to stop and correct our national situation is to bring good and honest people to our government.

I will do my best to bring prosperity to our country. I will listen to the opinion of any common citizen. I will reinstate the respect for our flag and all our national symbols. I will protect with my life, if necessary, the freedom and values of our nation. Save our nation, it’s in our hands.
